Most of our work falls into a handful of project types. The surface differs, but the sequence is the same every time: survey the base, specify against the use, build it, hand it over with a maintenance schedule.
The part of a project that decides whether it lasts is almost never the surface — it is what is underneath. Level, soundness and drainage do more for the life of a court than any upgrade in the coating system.
We survey the base before quoting, and where it needs remedial work we say so upfront. It makes for a less exciting proposal and a floor that is still flat in ten years.
Base preparation, surfacing, line marking and handover are done by our own crews rather than split across subcontractors. There is no gap between trades for problems to fall into, and one team is accountable for the finished floor.
